We recommend professional measurement services, which we can arrange for an additional fee.

Once manufacturing has commenced on custom products, orders cannot be canceled or modified without incurring costs. Please review all order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Delivery and Installation

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated timeframe, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to manufacturing delays, shipping disruptions, or force majeure events.

Installation services, where purchased, will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time. You are responsible for ensuring that the installation site is accessible and prepared according to any instructions provided. Additional charges may apply if additional work is required due to site conditions not disclosed at the time of quotation.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Radiantwrist or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
